In the StuderWIN Advanced External Grinding course, you will deepen the knowledge you acquired in the StuderWIN Basic course and your practical experience with your STUDER cylindrical grinding machine. Exchange ideas while programming and setting up together. Share your previous experiences with our instructors and the other course participants and get valuable tips and tricks from the field. Learn more about additional settings and further possibilities of your STUDER cylindrical grinding machine. Learn how to change over faster and thus further increase the productivity of your machine.
External grinding with free grinding wheel shape (add-on):
In the “Free Grinding Wheel Shape” add-on, which follows on directly from the StuderWIN Advanced External Grinding course, you will learn about the possibilities of special freely programmable grinding wheel shapes. On the basis of practical exercises on a STUDER cylindrical grinding machine, you will experience the various possibilities in the programming of free grinding wheel shapes. Do you want to dress complex profiles on your grinding wheels? Do you want to grind several diameters with one grinding wheel in a single operation? Then this is the right place for you.
