Course Description

In the StuderWIN Advanced Internal Grinding course, you will deepen the knowledge you acquired in the StuderWIN Basic Internal Grinding course and your practical experience with your STUDER machine for internal cylindrical grinding. Exchange ideas while programming and setting up together. Share your previous experiences with our instructors and the other course participants and get valuable tips and tricks from the field. Find out more about additional settings and further possibilities of your STUDER machine for internal cylindrical grinding. Learn how to change over more quickly and thus further increase the productivity of your machine.

Internal grinding with free grinding wheel shape
In the additional free grinding wheel shape module, which follows on directly from the StuderWIN Advanced Internal Grinding course, you will learn about the possibilities of the special freely programmable grinding wheel shapes. On the basis of practical exercises on a STUDER internal grinding machine, you will experience the various options for programming free grinding wheel forms. Do you want to dress complex profiles on your grinding wheels? Do you want to grind several diameters with a grinding wheel in a single operation? Then this is the right place for you.

To make the profiling as efficient as possible, we recommend the additional StuderDress Integrated software. The corresponding StuderDress Integrated operator course will take place directly after the StuderWIN Advanced course with a free grinding wheel shape.

Target group and course prerequisites

This course is aimed at operators of STUDER machines for internal cylindrical grinding who have already attended the StuderWIN Basic Internal Grinding course within the last 24 months.

Objections

On the basis of the course documentation, the participants can create workpiece projects and set up the machine accordingly with several tools.
With the help of the course documents, they are able to apply workpiece corrections correctly in order to grind parts within the specified tolerances.
With the help of the course documents and with the support of StuderTechnology, the participants can create grinding programs and develop methods for safely approaching these.
They are aware of additional possibilities for corrections and further machine settings in order to use the STUDER machine for internal cylindrical grinding more efficiently and in line with requirements.
