In the StuderWIN Expert “Programming” course, you will acquire expert knowledge in the field of programming. Immerse yourself in the world of grinding parameters and get the most out of your programs. Learn all about manufacturing specifications, technological programming and other highlights related to programming your STUDER cylindrical grinding machine. Learn more about the useful functions of STUDER GeoImport and experience the entry into the world of ISO programming in StuderWIN with variables, enabling you to make your programs even more universal. Complete your expert knowledge by attending the follow-on course StuderWIN Expert “The Art of Grinding.” where you will deepen your experience with practical examples.
Course content
- Creating manufacturing specifications in StuderTechnology Integrated
- Using and discussing the technological view
- Analyzing programs taking into account grinding technology formulas
- Expert view of grinding and additional cycles
- Working with GeoImport (enlarging and reducing, moving zero points)
- Discussing the area of customer variables and creating simple programs with variables
Target group and course prerequisites
The course is aimed at operators of STUDER universal cylindrical grinding machines who have already worked for several months or years on a STUDER cylindrical grinding machine with at least Rel. F35. Good to excellent programming skills are required.
