Automation with insertLoad
For the machine types S23 with center distances 650 mm and 1000mm as well as S31 and S33 with center distances 400 mm, 650 mm and 1000 mm, an automation solution based on a robot cell is offered. The loading system is suitable for chuck parts up to 100 mm (3.94”) and shaft parts up to 300 mm (11.8”) and a part diameter of max. 100 mm (3.94”) and is thus particularly suitable for small to medium-sized workpieces. The parts are supplied via a standardized drawer system. The enclosure for the basic module, which is provided with a loading hatch as standard, has been adapted to match the machine
